Johnny V's DBA Doc's Portable Signs is an outdoor portable sign rental business.

Johnny V of Doc's Portable Signs The business was founded by Doc Shaffer, has been serving the extended Canton, Ohio area with quality discount sign rentals since 1975.

In 2016, founder, Doc Shaffer, passed along the sign business to John Vallos, giving him the task of being a good steward of the business he loved all these years. Doc was passionate about his clientele and wants everyone to get to know John.

John "Johnny" Vallos is a class of 2017 graduate of North Canton Hoover High School. He is a bright and driven young man. John is continuing his education at the Citadel Military Academy and studying Civil Engineering while maintaining exemplary service to his sign customers with the help of his family. Doc knows that John and his family will carry forward the outstanding service Doc's customers have become accustomed too.

Later on, in 2021, John continued to grow the family sign business by acquiring Jay's Mobile Signs also known as Akron Canton Mobile Signs who serviced the Akron/Canton areas.

We look forward to continue to grow while providing the same level of quality service!
